This Niwas has a Moderate Cancellation Policy — Kindly read the following:
About the cancellation of the booking, the pilgrims must inform the Niwas Management by email 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking date. Upon sending the email, 40% of the booking amount will be deducted and the remaining amount will be returned to the pilgrims, even if the devotee does not show up on the booking date, he/she can’t dispute the payment with the card issuing bank.
If devotees violate Terms & Conditions, the booking will be considered canceled automatically, and no refund will be issued.
If a devotee’s bank account or Credit card is debited/charged with the amount of a transaction. He/she should not pay again for the same booking. A room booking receipt will be sent to the registered email in 24-48 hours after confirmation of payment from our end. Devotees should report such incidents to us via Email. In case a devotee re-attempts to book a room even after having been debited/charged once, and a duplicate payment is made, it will not be refunded.
For a Room cancellation request, kindly email us at bibisharankaurniwas2025@gmail.com only. Requests sent to other email IDs will not be considered as a cancellation request.
