Regarding the cancellation of a booking, pilgrims must notify Niwas Management by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking date. Upon sending the email, 40% of the booking amount will be deducted. The remaining amount will be returned to the pilgrims. Any cancellations 24Hrs before the Check-in Date/Time, there will be no refunds, even if the devotee does not show up on the booking date, he/she can’t dispute the payment with the card issuing bank.
2: If devotees violate Terms & Conditions, the booking will be considered canceled automatically, and no refund will be issued.
3: If a devotee’s bank account or Credit card is debited/charged with the amount of a transaction. He/she should not pay again for the same booking. A room booking receipt will be sent to the registered email in 24-48 hours after confirmation of payment from our end. If confirmation not received, Devotees should report such incidents to us via Email. In case a devotee re-attempts to book a room even after having been debited/charged once, and a duplicate payment is made, it will not be refunded.
